
Rachelle Armstrong, CPM Alumni Chapter President is a 2023 graduate of CPM. She currently works for the Department of Health and Welfare as a Human Resources Supervisor. In her free time she enjoys traveling and loves animals. She is passionate about increasing skills and opportunities for CPM Alumni members.

Tina Fuller, CPM Alumni Chapter Program Director is a 2023 graduate of CPM. Tina is a Business Analyst at Information Technology Services. In her free time, Tina enjoys camping, and snowshoeing with her family as well as puzzles and crafting. Tina loves to help to connect people and resources as well as to support and grow the CPM Alumni community.

Kelley Erickson, CPM Alumni Vice President, is a dynamic leader with a strong commitment to community development and event planning. A 2023 graduate of the CPM program, she has refined her abilities in strategic growth and ambassadorship. Currently serving as a Business Analyst for the IT Department at the Idaho Department of Correction, Kelley’s innovative solutions and analytical insights have significantly improved operational outcomes. Passionate about fostering connections, she is dedicated to creating impactful events and nurturing the Army of Ambassadors for the State of Idaho, envisioning a future of growth and collaboration.

Aaron Kunz, CPM Alumni Chapter Communications Director is a 2023 graduate of CPM. Aaron is the production manager for Idaho Public Television. In his free time – ha, just kidding, he doesn’t have any free time. He spends any time away from work shuttling kids to and from wrestling, basketball, soccer, cheer, and track. As a lifelong learner, Aaron feels it’s important to always be learning skills to grow as an employee and as managers.

Kristin Bartz, CPM Alumni Chapter Past President, is a 2023 graduate. She is a project coordinator for the Idaho State Office of Technology Services. She began her career with the State in 2009 and served six years as a board member of the Occupational Therapy Licensure Board. With 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Kristin has a strong background in communications, operations, and strategic planning. She is also the founding president of Idaho’s Certified Public Manager® (CPM) alumni chapter, where she helped establish a network for leadership development and continued professional growth.

Laura Schmidt, CPM Alumni Chapter Secretary is a 2019 graduate of CPM, and was the recipient of the Connie Pratt Award for ‘Commitment to Excellence in Idaho State Government.’ She currently works for the Idaho Department of Labor, Disability Determinations Service (DDS) Division, as the Administrative Support Manager. The DDS makes medical eligibility determinations on behalf of the Social Security Administration’s disability program. In her free time, she loves to read, knit, garden, and spend time with friends and family. She’s also ‘grandma’ to Frank, the cutest Corgi in the world! She is excited about connecting with new CPM alumni, as well as reconnecting with members of her CPM cohort.
